By accessing and using the services provided by Better Life Program, LLC, doing business as Business Growth Labs and Growth Lab Partners ("BGL," "we," "us," "our," or "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. By creating an account or checking the "I accept the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy" box during checkout, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use our Service. We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time with 30 days' notice via email. Your continued use of the Service after the notice period constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
Business Growth Labs provides done-for-you marketing and CRM growth systems designed to help small businesses automate customer relationship management, marketing campaigns, and business communications. Our Service is delivered as a cloud-based software platform accessible via web interface.
The Service is provided on a monthly subscription basis with optional one-time setup fees. Additional usage-based charges may apply for high-volume communications and advanced features.
Our Service is offered on a month-to-month subscription basis at the rate disclosed at the time of signup ($297–$497 per month, depending on plan selection). Billing occurs automatically on the same date each month unless you cancel your subscription.
A one-time setup fee of $999 applies to most new accounts. This fee is non-refundable after account initialization and represents onboarding, configuration, and initial training services.
Beyond your monthly subscription, additional fees may be charged for:
Usage-based charges are calculated monthly and invoiced with your regular subscription. We will provide clear documentation of volume thresholds and pricing tiers before charges apply.
You authorize us to charge your payment method on file for all subscription and usage-based fees. You are responsible for maintaining accurate payment information. Failed payments may result in service suspension after a reasonable notice period.
Unless otherwise stated, all subscription and usage fees do not include sales tax, VAT, or similar taxes. You are responsible for all taxes applicable to your location. We will collect and remit taxes as required by law.
All new accounts require a minimum three (3) month initial commitment period. After the initial commitment, your subscription continues on a month-to-month basis.
After the initial commitment period, you may cancel your subscription at any time by providing 30 days' written notice to support@betterlifeprogram.com. Cancellation is effective at the end of your current billing period. No refunds are issued for partial months or unused portions of the billing period.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately if:

Upon account cancellation or termination, BGL will provide you with the following data exports and nothing more:
The following items are NOT transferable and remain the exclusive property of Better Life Program, LLC:
You acknowledge that these items were created using BGL's proprietary systems, templates, and expertise, and that the subscription pricing reflects ongoing access to, not ownership of, these assets.
Data exports will be provided within 14 business days of your cancellation effective date. After 30 days from the cancellation effective date, all data associated with your account will be permanently deleted. You are responsible for maintaining your own independent backups during the term of your subscription.
One-time setup fees are non-refundable under all circumstances, including early cancellation. Setup fees compensate BGL for account configuration, onboarding, and initial build services that are completed at the start of your subscription.
You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe upon the rights of others or restrict their use and enjoyment of the Service. You specifically agree not to:
Violation of this policy may result in immediate account suspension or termination without refund.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue features of the Service at any time. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you of significant changes. Continued use after notification constitutes acceptance of modifications.
While we strive to maintain continuous availability, we do not guarantee 100% uptime. Scheduled maintenance, emergencies, and factors beyond our reasonable control may cause temporary unavailability. Critical account data is backed up regularly, but we cannot guarantee zero data loss in all scenarios.
BGL shall not be liable for any damages, lost business, or lost revenue resulting from service downtime, performance issues, or unavailability.
Our Service integrates with various third-party service providers to deliver communications, payments, and data processing functionality. These providers operate under their own terms of service and privacy policies. BGL is not responsible for:
You are responsible for understanding and complying with third-party terms. We recommend reviewing third-party privacy policies and terms before authorizing integrations.
All software, code, design, templates, workflows, automations, AI configurations, website code, funnel designs, blog templates, email templates, and all other technology and materials within the BGL platform are and remain the exclusive property of Better Life Program, LLC, or its licensors. Your subscription grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use these materials solely for your authorized business purposes during the term of your subscription. No ownership interest in any platform technology is transferred to you at any time.
Any website, landing page, funnel, or digital asset built by BGL or through the BGL platform as part of your subscription or setup fee is the intellectual property of Better Life Program, LLC. You are granted a license to use these assets only while your subscription is active. Upon cancellation or termination, this license is immediately revoked. You may not copy, reproduce, download, reverse-engineer, or recreate any website code, design elements, or digital assets from the platform.
You retain ownership of the raw business data you input into the Service, including customer contact information, notes, and transaction records. By using the Service, you grant BGL a worldwide, royalty-free license to use your content solely to provide and improve the Service. This license terminates upon account cancellation, subject to the data retention period in Section 4.4.
Any feedback, suggestions, or ideas you provide about the Service may be used by BGL without compensation or attribution.
You agree not to use knowledge gained from the BGL platform, including workflow logic, automation sequences, or system architecture, to build or configure a competing service or to recreate BGL functionality on another platform.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, BGL shall not be liable for:
Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the total amount you have paid BGL in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Some jurisdictions do not allow limitation of certain damages, so this clause may not apply fully in your location.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. To the maximum extent permitted by law, BGL disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including:
Your use of the Service is at your own risk. You are responsible for implementing your own backup, security, and compliance measures.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless BGL, its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorney fees) arising from:

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Before pursuing formal legal action, you agree to attempt to resolve any dispute informally by contacting us at support@betterlifeprogram.com. We will make reasonable efforts to resolve the matter within 30 days.
You agree that any legal action or proceeding arising from these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Sarasota County, Florida. You consent to the personal jurisdiction of these courts.
You agree to pursue disputes individually and not as part of any class action or collective proceeding against BGL.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision shall be severed, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
